EMM Glossary Term: MAND

MAND – Money, authority, need and desire. The requirement of a qualified lead. MAND aspects appointed by merchants to representatives of a aimed community when trying to arrange a marketing plan. The community is described by their capability to compensate for an item (money), their strength to make purchasing verdicts (authority), their passion in making an item acquisition(desire), and their need for the item. Merchants used MAND aspects to evaluate the potential for item selling in specific market.
